The role emphasizes accuracy in orders, emblem application, garment repairs and controlling material costs, with hands-on supervision of shift activities.

The position is managerial with bottom-line accountability and requires ability to stand for long periods, plus readiness to start within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production Stockroom team on a fast-paced shift.
• Hire, motivate, and train staff performing entry-level warehouse duties.
• Ensure accuracy of orders filled and manage garment repairs.
• Oversee emblem application and control material cost percentages.
