Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead a fast-paced Production Stockroom team. This management role requires hands-on leadership, directing entry-level warehouse staff and ensuring accuracy in orders and garment emblem work.

Key duties include hiring, motivating, and training staff, managing costs, and performing physical stockroom tasks. This 1st shift position involves standing, bending, and lifting as part of daily operations.

• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a fast-paced Production Stockroom team.
• Hire, motivate, train and direct individuals in warehouse stockroom roles.
• Manage accuracy of orders placed/filled and garment emblem work.
• Perform application/stripping of emblems; repairs of garments.
• Maintain control of location material costs percentages.
• Perform the physical requirements of stockroom functions across the shift.

This is a management position with management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results. Hands‑on responsibilities involve being able to perform the physical requirements of all stockroom functions, including standing, twisting, stretching, bending and lifting over an entire shift.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment
• 1 - 3 years' production supervisory experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
