Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead a fast-paced Production Stockroom team responsible for hiring, training and directing entry-level warehouse staff. The role emphasizes accuracy in orders, emblem application, garment repairs and controlling material costs, with hands-on supervision of shift activities.

The position is managerial with bottom-line accountability and requires ability to stand for long periods, plus readiness to start within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast‑paced and dynamic Production Stockroom team. Responsibilities include hiring, motivating, training and directing individuals performing various entry‑level positions in our warehouse stockroom of uniform garments; managing the accuracy of orders placed/filled; application/stripping of emblems; repairs of garments and overall location material cost percentages. This is a management position with accountability for bottom‑line results. Hands‑on responsibilities involve performing the physical requirements of all stockroom functions, including standing, twisting, stretching, bending and lifting throughout an entire shift.

Skills / Qualifications

Required

• The ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment
• 1 – 3 years of production supervisory experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
