Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or stockroom experience.
• 1-3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or stockroom environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory control software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stockroom operations and workflow.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and operational standards within the stockroom.
• Track and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy and labor management.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure item/bin location accuracy.
• Oversee cycle count programs, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Train and coach stockroom personnel on inventory management procedures.
• Understand and implement WMS best practices to improve stockroom workflows and accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and monitor stockroom staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance in dock operations.
