Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead a fast-paced Production Stockroom team. The role includes hiring, training and directing staff, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment with garment repairs and emblem work.

The supervisor will manage costs and safety while performing physical stockroom duties, including standing, twisting and lifting throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a sewing machine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a Production Stockroom team.
• Hire, motivate, train and direct entry-level staff.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and handling of garment repairs.
• Oversee emblem application/stripping and garment repairs.
• Monitor location material costs and drive bottom-line results.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced and dynamic Production Stockroom team. Responsibilities include hiring, motivating, training and directing individuals who are performing various entry level positions in our warehouse stockroom of uniform garments;managing the accuracy of orders placed/filled;application/stripping of emblems;repairs of garments and overall location material costs percentages. This is a management position with management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results. Hands-on responsibilities involve being able to perform the physical requirements of all stockroom functions, including standing,twisting, stretching, bending and lifting overan entire shift.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• The ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment
• 1 - 3 years' production supervisory experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
