Cintas Corporation is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced Production Stockroom team in our Chicago area facility. You will oversee hiring, training, and directing staff across entry-level warehouse roles, while ensuring accuracy of orders and efficient stockroom operations.
This management position requires hands-on leadership, comfortable with the physical demands of stockroom tasks, and the ability to manage costs and repairs of garments.

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced and dynamic Production Stockroom team. Responsibilities include hiring, motivating, training and directing individuals who are performing various entry level positions in our warehouse stockroom of uniform garments;managing the accuracy of orders placed/filled;application/stripping of emblems;repairs of garments and overall location material costs percentages. This is a management position with management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results. Hands-on responsibilities involve being able to perform the physical requirements of all stockroom functions, including standing,twisting, stretching, bending and lifting overan entire shift.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $67,100 - $85,800/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
