Job summary

Emerald Technologies is seeking a Stockroom Associate to join our San Jose team. You will assist with kitting, cycle counts, inventory storage, and timely delivery of shop supplies and repair parts to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include labeling, traceability, warehouse organization, and material purges/reclasses under guidance. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are preferred to support accurate records and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in a stockroom/warehouse is desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Kitting Material: assist in accurate assembly of materials for production orders under guidance.
• Shop Supplies/Repair Parts: deliver shop supplies and repair parts to support manufacturing operations and maintain inventory records.
• Cycle Counting: participate in routine cycle counting to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Labeling and Traceability: create and apply labels for materials and assemblies and collect data for traceability.
• Warehouse Organization: help maintain organized stockroom operations for efficient material flow.
• Purges and Reclasses: assist in purging and reclassifying materials as instructed.
• Teamwork: collaborate with Stockroom Manager and team to meet departmental goals.
• Compliance and Safety: follow policies and safety regulations.
