On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking a proactive Stockroom Associate in Richardson, TX. You will handle inventory, operate forklifts and reach trucks, and support warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and safe handling of materials.

The role requires warehouse distribution experience, familiarity with WMS and RF scanners, and the ability to lift heavy items while following PPE and safety protocols. This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position based in Richardson.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience in distribution, shipping and order fulfillment.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks and RF scanners.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF inventory tracking.
• Ability to lift heavy items and use PPE.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and organize shipments using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks and RF scanners.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate heavy equipment following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Manage stock levels within the WMS, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Assist with shipping, receiving activities and documentation compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone.
