Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics Ltd. seeks a Transmission Material Specialist to manage the storeroom, receive and issue materials, and ensure inventory accuracy for transmission projects.

This hands-on role requires forklift operation, cycle counts, and coordination with project teams to support operations. The candidate will work in Fort Worth in a fast-paced environment, leveraging Maximo, WMS, and Velocity to track materials, reconcile records, and maintain safety standards under OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5+ years in warehousing/inventory management or an associate degree with 3+ years experience.
• Forklift certification necessary to operate material-handling equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, WMS, Maximo, Velocity, and related inventory software.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards; ability to work OT as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue and return materials, tools, and equipment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and inspections to ensure accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure timely receipt of materials and data accuracy.
• Maintain organized storeroom following 5S and lean practices.
