Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a stockroom/retail operations associate in Florida to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and movement of inventory.

You will support shipments, organize stock areas, and assist on the sales floor while maintaining outstanding customer service. This role requires 1–2 years of stockroom and customer service experience, basic product knowledge, and strong planning to manage multiple tasks.

Formación

• 1-2 years stockroom experience.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Basic product knowledge preferred.
• Effective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license (where applicable)

Responsabilidades

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Assist management in planning for receipt of shipments to determine cost-effective receipt and staffing needs.
• Process shipments as delivered and maintain inventory records.
• Direct merchandise flow from stock room to sales floor.
• Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prep for distribution to the sales floor.
• Organize stockroom departments by stocking merchandise and supplies on shelves or off-site locations; adjust procedures to keep aisles clear.
• Process inventory paperwork including transfers, logs, discrepancies, damages, and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of merchandise stored at off-site locations.
• Execute donations and MOS merchandise processing.
• Pack and log merchandise for shipments.
• Ensure stockroom is clean and organized; maintain supplies.
• Complete tasks from daily agenda including store maintenance, lighting, and cleaning.
• May supervise and train stock associates.
• Assist on sales floor as needed.
• Comply with all Company Policy and Procedures.
• Ensure stockroom procedures minimize loss to the company.
