Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented stockroom associate in Orlando to receive shipments and maintain inventory records. You will stock the floor, assist the sales team, and ensure merchandise is accurately documented and easily accessible for replenishment.

You’ll support the sales floor during peak times and help keep the stockroom organized, clean, and compliant with company policies. A positive attitude and reliable availability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds with proper equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered.
• Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in offsite locations.
• Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear.
• Ensure merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed and logged, and easily located for replenishment.
• Pack and log merchandise as required for customer deliveries.
• Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure stockroom is clean and well-organized.
• May assist on sales floor during peak times.
