Job summary

SWARCO McCain is seeking a dependable Stockroom Clerk to support manufacturing operations in Vista, CA. The role involves receiving, shipping, material handling, and inventory controls in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include kit pulls, cycle counts, bin location maintenance, and packing lists for export. Candidates should have a high school diploma, stockroom experience, and proficiency with MS Office; forklift operation and knowledge of PCB components are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Stockroom experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components used in PCB manufacturing helpful.
• Experience with Great Plains or similar inventory control system.
• Inventory reconciliation skills desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jack and forklift safely.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull material via kit pulls and material requests as directed.
• Participate in cycle counts and maintain stocking bin locations.
• Perform shipping/receiving functions and material handling.
• Maintain import/export spreadsheets and packing lists; package materials for export to Mexico.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
