Job summary

The DAVIS Companies seeks two Stockroom Receivers in Nashua, NH for a contract-to-hire role. You will receive and inspect components, manage consignment stock and kitting, handle RMAs, and ensure accurate flow from receipt to production floor.

Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with a 40-hour workweek Monday through Friday and start times at 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM. MRP experience and meticulous attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with an MRP system is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving and inspection.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and inspect components into the inventory system.
• Receive components and kits against purchase orders and provide receipts to accounting.
• Monitor consignment material and return excess as required.
• Create kitting boxes for vendor-owned material and store on the consignment shelf.
• Label and store Kanban products at designated stockroom locations.
• Handle material rejection forms and transfer components to Failed-IN.
• Receive RMA numbers and prepare documents for return.
• Use daily shortage reports to prioritize receiving and distribution to production.

Stockroom Receiver - Contract To Hire

A growing electronic manufacturing operation in Nashua, NH is seeking two dependable, detail-driven Stockroom Receivers to keep components flowing accurately from receipt to the production floor. In this hands-on role, you\'ll receive and inspect incoming materials, manage consignment stock and kitting, and handle RMA returns with precision.

Pay Rate of the Stockroom Receiver: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour.

Schedule of the Stockroom Receiver: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM start times available.

Responsibilities of the Stockroom Receiver:

• Accurately receive and inspect all components and supplies into the inventory system in a timely manner.
• Receive all components and kits from vendors and customers against purchase orders, and provide receipts to the accounting department.
• Monitor consignment material and kits supplied by customers, and return customer excess as required.
• Manage incoming vendor-owned material by creating a kitting box to store on the consignment shelf until it\'s ready to be kitted.
• Ensure all Kanban products are labeled and put away in their designated stockroom locations.
• Handle Material Rejection forms on rejected material and transfer components to Failed-IN.
• Receive RMA numbers from customers and vendors, then prepare documents and parts for return.
• Use the daily shortage report to prioritize part receiving and distribution to the production floor; for SMT, fill shorts in the stockroom and bring completed kits to the SMT department.
• Perform additional tasks outlined by management to help the company grow and continuously improve.
