Job summary

Kohl's seeks a Store Supervisor to master store operational processes and supervise associates to deliver excellent customer service and efficiency.

You will teach, coach and develop the team while ensuring execution of all processes, including freight unload, receiving, inventory, stockroom management and replenishment. The role emphasizes integrity, KPI-driven decisions and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy by completing merchandise disposition practices.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor through stockroom management and floor replenishment.
• Support training processes for new hires on operations and Kohl's tools.
• Partner with merchandising on product placement and brand standards.
• Lead with integrity, coach associates, and foster customer service mindset.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and manage tasks and scheduling.
