The position requires physical stamina, willingness to train in other areas, and the ability to operate under rotating 12-hour shifts in outdoor climate conditions. This is a frontline manufacturing role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills under time constraints.
• Effective communication skills with peers and management.
• Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, with potential overtime.
• Preference for candidates with previous manufacturing experience.
