Job summary

OBE is seeking a Material Handler I to move materials including glass and metal to support our production lines in the plant. You will help expedite products from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or crates while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will read basic measurements, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure labels and tags are correctly applied. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret basic measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Prior work in production/manufacturing preferred.
• Able to stand 8-10 hours on a concrete floor.

Responsibilities

• Move material including glass and/or metal between locations to expedite production.
• Off-load and load product from tables, rolling racks, trucks, or crates.
• Attach labels and tags to products and packages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and quality standards.
