Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Controller for the Jackson, MS facility on the 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12am, Mon-Fri). The role drives inventory integrity, stockroom operations, and safe handling of parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift operation and adherence to quality standards are essential.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of prior work experience. A U.S. person status is required for export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package parts for stocking.
• Ensure shipments meet sales orders and contain correct items.
• Operate forklift and move parts as needed.
• Perform transactions to maintain inventory accuracy in the system.
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S/TPM tasks.
