Nokian Tyres is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance worker in Dayton, TN to manage inventory and support production operations. You will use Maximo to track stock, process replenishments, and ensure items are correctly stored and allocated to work orders.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The position emphasizes accuracy, speed, and adherence to safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an inventory of all items using Maximo to ensure adequate supply.
• Checks stock and enters replenishment requests as needed.
• Ensures all consumables are received and placed in stock areas in a timely fashion.
• Assigns items checked out of inventory to a work order.
• Tracks items distributed to employees and maintains records.
• Monitors Min/Max levels and adjusts as required.
• Communicates hot items and expedites to Purchasing as required.
• Keeps the Stock Room organized and clean.
