Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining stock, promoting Kohl’s services, and upholding product protection standards while adapting to busy shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Follow product protection standards.
• Support training for new hires on Kohl’s standards and inventory procedures.
• Act with integrity and teamwork.
• Exercise good judgment and escalate with partners as needed.
• Deliver a proactive customer service mindset and resolve issues.
• Support POS and service to deliver fast transactions.
• Meet or exceed goals (productivity, loyalty).
• Handle multiple tasks within timeframes.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Take direction from supervisors and other personnel.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
