Job summary

Kohl's in Oklahoma City is seeking an Associate to deliver excellent customer service and execute store operations, including processing freight, replenishment, and omni‑channel fulfillment.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and participate in training on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures and productivity expectations. The role starts at $12.50 per hour and requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required; 16+ years old.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Assist in training new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures and productivity.
