Job summary

GUESS Factory in Orlando is seeking a Stock Associate responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor while maintaining a clean stock room.

You will help replenish floor merchandise, organize stock, and assist with transfers, returns to vendor, and damages handling, ensuring shop standards. The role requires a high school diploma and may prefer prior retail or stockroom experience; a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized stock room and replenish merchandise to the floor.
• Assist with transfers, RTVs, damages, and customer charge sends.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and missed markdowns.
• Stock merchandise and ensure items are floor-ready and properly staged.
• Participate in inventories and adhere to store policies.
