Job summary

GUESS Factory is looking for a Stock Associate in West Palm Beach to receive and prepare merchandise for the floor, and to keep the stock room clean and organized. You will help move stock to sales floors and assist with shipments, markdowns, and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or equivalent and can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization, cleanliness, and readiness of items for display.
• Assist with shipments, markdowns, and inventory discrepancies.
• Move and replenish stock from the stock room to the selling floor.
• Perform transfers, RTVs, and damage handling as directed by management.
• Participate in all inventories and adhere to store policies.
