Job summary

GUESS Factory is seeking a Stock Associate in Palmdale, CA to receive and prep merchandise for the selling floor and keep the stock room organized and clean. You will help replenish floor stock and ensure merchandise is floor-ready.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, managing transfers and RTVs, and supporting inventory activities. A high school diploma and prior retail or stockroom experience are preferred, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Team player with ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 30+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prep merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room cleanliness and organization.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and markdowns.
• Move merchandise from stock room to selling floor as needed.
• Execute transfers, RTVs, manage damages, and special charge sends.
• Support inventories and store meetings as required.
