We are currently seeking applications for organized, detail-oriented individuals to join our Museum Shop Department as a Stockroom Coordinator.
The Stockroom Coordinator oversees day-to-day stockroom and warehouse operations and supports e-commerce and store operations. As the primary point of contact for merchandise processing, receiving, transfers, and data entry, the Coordinator keeps the stockroom and warehouse clean, safe, and organized and moves merchandise and fixtures between the shop and warehouse. The role assists the Online Sales and Marketing Manager by picking, packing, and shipping online orders and managing inventory in Magento, helps with shop and event setups and deinstallations, and is trained on all Counterpoint POS functions, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This is a salaried, non-exempt position.
