Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in shipping, stockroom, or warehouse roles.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with ERP or inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning, ESD, or electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials.
• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Pull materials for production kits using MRP-generated pick lists.
• Return unused materials to stock and update ERP records.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Maintain traceability with accurate labeling and documentation.
• Support vendor returns and non-conforming materials.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and ESD handling procedures.
