  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom environment.
  • Stock incoming materials in their proper locations.
  • Review stockroom locations and move materials using MRP software.
  • Conduct cycle counts and other inventory accuracy activities to maintain high stockroom precision.
  • Provide flexible support in other areas as needed, including receiving, shipping, and warehouse tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll be a key part of production operations, ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull and issue materials from the stockroom using handheld scanners accurately according to job releases.
  • Complete all required transactions efficiently, including Back Orders, Material Move Requests, and Stocking Tickets.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom environment.
  • Stock incoming materials in their proper locations.
  • Review stockroom locations and move materials using MRP software.
  • Conduct cycle counts and other inventory accuracy activities to maintain high stockroom precision.
  • Provide flexible support in other areas as needed, including receiving, shipping, and warehouse tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing stockroom or order fulfillment environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with computers, MS Office, and inventory software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quality-minded, dependable, and not a job-hopper.
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, peak workload periods, holidays, and during annual physical inventory.

Education & Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Documented U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status.
