Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and good visual acuity.
• Basic computer and scanner skills preferred.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand customer orders and work instructions.
• Pull, count, and verify parts from assigned locations using a barcode scanner.
• Accurately package and label orders, including required documentation.
• Prepare shipments according to customer specifications and shipping methods.
• Utilize shipping software and systems such as FedEx, UPS, Visi-Bar, and Fourth Shift.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the stockroom.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping duties as needed.

Stockroom - Day Shift

Pay: $15.60-$17.10/hour, including a $1.00 attendance bonus Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates (Stockroom) for a full-time, day shift opportunity in Gerald, MO. This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, packing, inventory, or order fulfillment experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with consistent hours.

Requirements for the Warehouse Associate (Stockroom)

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and good visual acuity

Schedule

Plant 1

• Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM-10:00 AM

Plant 2

• Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM-3:45 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM-11:30 AM

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position offering stable hours and an opportunity to build valuable warehouse and shipping experience.
