Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal databases.
• Pull and stage materials and parts using pick lists.
• Verify incoming shipments and inspect items for damage. Report discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging materials and building pallets or crates.
• Retrieve items for processing and shipping.
• Record all received and shipped goods using Global Shop software.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Pick up orders and materials from vendors when required.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and audits.

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a local client in Conway, AR. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering $17.00 per hour with a consistent Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule.
