Dyersville Ready Mix dba BARD Materials in Iowa is seeking a Stockpile Truck Operator for the portable crushing crew. The role involves transporting materials to and from stockpiles and operating heavy equipment to support the aggregate production team.

You will perform daily inspections, report maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety and MSHA regulations while working closely with the plant crew to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior haul truck (or other large mobile equipment) experience preferred.
• Previous experience in open pit mining operations and aggregate products a plus.
• Ability to learn stockpile and plant flow.
• CDL License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate dump truck to transport finished products from the plant to the proper area/stockpile(s) as directed.
• Utilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity.
• Operate other mobile plant equipment as needed (ie. Loader) in accordance to specification without damage.
• Perform daily truck inspections, as well as identify and assist in correcting an issues.
• Report mechanical or maintenance issues with equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in MSHA handbook.
• Listens to direction and follows instruction accordingly.
