Job summary

BARD Materials is seeking a Stockpile Truck Operator to support the portable crushing crew in Dubuque, IA. You will transport materials between the plant and stockpiles, and operate other mobile equipment as needed while following safety and MSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have experience operating heavy trucks, a CDL, and the ability to learn plant flow. This on-site role emphasizes productivity, safety, and compliance within open pit mining and aggregate production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior haul truck or other large mobile equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in open pit mining and aggregate products a plus.
• CDL preferred.
• Able to learn stockpile and plant flow.
• MSHA regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump truck to transport finished products from the plant to stockpile(s).
• Operate other mobile plant equipment as needed (e.g., loader).
• Perform daily truck inspections and identify/creserve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Abide by MSHA handbook and directions.
