Job summary

Walmart is hiring for a Stocking Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2574 in Carlisle, PA. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain a safe backroom. Heavy lifting up to 50+ pounds and forklift operation may be required. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay and incentives.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and deliver new freight to the store.
• Stock new merchandise in designated areas.
• Maintain a safe and organized backroom environment.
• Operate forklifts or other machinery when required.
• Ensure compliance with all Walmart policies and standards.

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $19–$32 per hour (depending on location). The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
