Job summary

Walmart is seeking stocking associates to unload trucks and stock new freight. You will spend most of your time in the backroom, handling inventory and ensuring shelves are stocked. Candidates must be able to lift heavy objects and operate heavy machinery such as forklifts if required.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour
• Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
