Overview

Job title: Stocking Associate at Walmart Supercenter. This role involves unloading trucks, stocking new freight, and spending the majority of time in the backroom. The position is part-time with overnight shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may be necessary.

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour; actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional premiums may apply in specific circumstances, from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
