Walmart Supercenter in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking stocking associates to unload trucks, stock new freight, and maintain backroom efficiency. You will contribute to accurate shelving, inventory control and safety compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Primary duties include lifting heavy items over 50 pounds and operating forklifts when required. The role offers flexible shifts across opening, morning, mid-shift, closing and overnight periods, with part-time and full-time options.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour.
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.
