• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; provide feedback and guidance.
• Drives store operations, merchandising, and customer service to meet store objectives and standards.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to achieve sales and profit goals.
