Job summary

Meijer in Indiana is seeking a Stocking Clerk to keep shelves stocked and customers served with friendly help. This entry-level role involves merchandising, stocking food and grocery items, and maintaining a clean, organized back‑room and sales floor.

You'll work closely with store leadership, operate basic store tech, and stay productive as part of a team, including overnight shifts to prepare the store for opening.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with emphasis on customer service and merchandising.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Basic technology learning required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelves efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash.
• Work with leadership to complete areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running.
