Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You will move products from pallets to shelves, pull backstock, dispose of cardboard, and keep the back room organized. Overnight shifts help prepare the store for the day.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic technology
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelves accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers; work overnight shifts.
