Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an enthusiastic team member to help deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support online orders and curbside pickups. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing displays, training on wine and spirits, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment. Ability to lift, operate POS, and work a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience (1+ year preferred).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Overview

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service, maximizing product inventory, and supporting online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end‑caps, and place signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws if delivery is an essential function.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience (1+ year preferred).
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand 8–10 hours a day.
• Ability to lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lb. overhead repeatedly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Employment Details

• Pay Range: $22.37 – $31.31 hourly.
• If this posting is coded as a seasonal role, the position is short‑term, no longer than six months, with the option to apply for a non‑seasonal role.
