Overview
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service, maximizing product inventory, and supporting online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end‑caps, and place signage.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws if delivery is an essential function.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail experience (1+ year preferred).
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand 8–10 hours a day.
- Ability to lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lb. overhead repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Employment Details
- Pay Range: $22.37 – $31.31 hourly.
- If this posting is coded as a seasonal role, the position is short‑term, no longer than six months, with the option to apply for a non‑seasonal role.
