Job summary

Kentucky Fine Wines & Spirits LLC, located in Louisville, is seeking a Merchandiser who will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and maximizing product inventory. You will be responsible for supporting online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

About the Role

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While both part‑time and full‑time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, you may also be assigned sales, front‑end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally you will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to the store management team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: 21+ years of age, walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day; safe to lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, climb ladders, lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly; may be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions.

Compensation

Worker type: Regular. Pay range: $14.31 - $20.03 per hour.
