Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Stocker for the Smallwares department. The role ensures products are stocked, packed out, and available while maintaining a clean and safe area.

You will greet customers, assist with locating products, and help with loading and shelf maintenance in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate basic math, strong communication, and a commitment to outstanding customer service, with flexibility to work overtime as needed and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Basic Math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide superior Customer Service.
• Familiarity of departmental products.
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to remain standing, walking for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Stock product as needed in department (as directed by the Department Manager).
• Pack out product as needed (as directed by the Department Manager).
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service as customers enter the assigned department.
• Assist customers with loading and off-loading of product as needed.
• Assists customers with product location and detailed information when needed.
• Perform shelf tag maintenance as needed.
• Assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe.
• Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned.
