Base pay range

$16.50/hr - $17.50/hr

Job Purpose

The Front Counter Sales teammate will provide a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle counter transactions of in-store goods
• Handle pre-payments for special order items not readily available on the sales floor
• Stock shelves when needed
• Ensure quotes are prepared for special order items and that order acknowledgment has been sent to and received by purchasing
• Answer phone calls and emails to engage with customers and resolve issues
• Problem solve to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer Service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High sense of urgency
• Ability to meet deadlines and be self-sufficient in daily tasks
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check
