Merchandiser/Stocker - Hub

Compensation: Pay Range: $16.66 - $23.00 per hour

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; greet customers on the sales floor. May serve as stock puller for installer area in large volume stores.
  2. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Essential Job Functions:
  4. Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
  5. Check in, price, and put up stock.
  6. Keep merchandise on display fronted, full, and clean daily.
  7. Make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms.
  8. Update all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs are in place.
  9. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
  10. Work with management to complete store to-do lists and weekly team tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security.
  11. Assist with O’Reilly ImageMaker responsibilities.
  12. Follow company policies for clocking in/out.
  13. Coordinate with ISS for pulling and staging deliveries, and communicate with store management.
  14. Assist in determining the most efficient and safe routes for delivery specialists.
  15. Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
  16. Perform housekeeping duties in backroom and installer counter areas.
  17. May serve as HUB Store Order Puller: Pull parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets for delivery to stores. Responsibilities include receiving orders, sorting parts, inspecting boxes, and maintaining a clean work area.
Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience & Abilities
Required:

Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, good organizational skills.

Desired:

Previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
