Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Receiver/Stocker to keep shelves stocked, backrooms organized, and the store safe and welcoming for customers. You’ll unload freight, prepare deliveries, operate equipment, and assist customers as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, physical activity, and teamwork with flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklift or power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse stocking and inventory handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, prep docks, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment like scanners and Zebra phones.
• Collaborate with team to complete other tasks.
• Use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders with quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers for delivery satisfaction.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
