Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Basic forklift/power equipment experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory handling and stocking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and balers.
• Assist team with additional tasks as needed.
• Proactively handle delivery readiness and order staging for Pro Fulfillment.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues.
