Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklift or similar power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse experience in inventory handling and stocking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and providing support.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts to verify deliveries and prepare dock.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment like scanners and Zebra devices.
• Collaborate with team and complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders with attention to quality and safety.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
