Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unpack merchandise deliveries promptly.
• Stock shelves and organize displays per planograms and layout guidelines.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and prioritize older stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor levels.
• Assist customers with locating items and provide friendly service.
• Collaborate with the team to implement promotional displays and store cleanliness.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and loss prevention policies.
