Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional interaction with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, making change, and calculating discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions (cash, credit, and other electronic payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment including shelves and displays.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays and rotate products as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as directed.
• Follow procedures for handling cash, coupons, and discounts.
• Keep knowledge of all products and promotions up to date.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and cooperate with team members.
