Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions (cash, cards, and other methods).
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment; stock shelves and displays.
• Monitor inventory and inform supervisor when restocks are needed.
• Follow cash handling procedures, coupons, and store discounts.
• Keep knowledge of products, including new arrivals and promotions.
• Ensure perishable items have proper rotation and are in-date.
• Follow food safety and safety procedures; support opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and assist as needed.
