Nation’s Best in East Texas Lumber – Kilgore, TX is seeking yard associates to join our team. You will help customers, locate products, load purchases, and keep the yard organized, with open availability for full-time roles and 3–4 days per week for part-time positions.

Join a team focused on service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience (1+ year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with great service by helping them find products, offering recommendations and loading their purchases into vehicles.
• Check materials to ensure readiness for quick and accurate deliveries.
• Load materials safely and pack items for transport.
• Keep the yard organized and easy to locate.
• Assist with deliveries and unload products.
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean.
