Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Stocker, Incentive for the Bethlehem, PA area. This role focuses on placing cases in pick slots and scanning into the warehouse system, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The position offers a 3rd shift with a base pay of $19.00 per hour plus a shift differential of more than $0.50. Weekly pay is provided along with benefits from day one.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift.
• Excellent safety and housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Cutting cases and placing product in pick slots.
• Ensure pick slots are stocked and damage free.
• Load trailers securely to prevent injuries and damage.
• Coordinate with lift drivers when replenishing pallets.
• Keep work area organized to prevent mis-picks and scratches.

Position Overview

The job of the Stocker, Incentive is to ensure that all cases are placed in the assigned pick slots and scanned into the Warehouse Management System to be selected for our customers. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal oversight, meeting a minimum expectation of stocked cases per hour. This individual will ensure that the cases are open and the pick slots are clean and free from damage and debris.

• Earn $19.00 plus >50 shift differential

You will contribute by:

• Cutting cases and placing product in pick slots
• Ensuring that all pick slots are stocked and damage free
• Ensuring trailers are loaded securely and safely to avoid associate injury and damage to product in shipment
• Coordinating with lift drivers and supervisor when pallets need to be replenished
• Organizing work area to ensure products are slotted correctly to avoid mis-picks and scratches
• Keeping work area clean and hazard free
• Working in safe and efficient manner
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overheadPossibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
